Streaching those legs
I've noticed something about myself. When I bend over to pick something up, I usually lift one leg into the air a little bit. It's not like I do a ballerina split or anything, but my foot comes off the ground. Now, I don't know if that's normal or not, but I've decided to see what it's like to force myself to keep both feet on the ground. And you know what? It's tough! I'm using muscles for tasks that I didn't use for before, and, well, it makes things a tiny big more challenging. Again, I don't know if either way is good or bad, but for the sake of changing things up, it's been very interesting to see and monitor what I do, and feel. (If any of that made sense.)

I noticed this with myself too. I couldn't even touch my toes! I started streaching too and now its alot better and i can touch my toes!
