Now that school is done, I have more time. (You may have noticed our return to 12-posts-a-day here.) So one of the things I'm going to do is re-decorate my room. I'm aiming to paint the walls, which isn't anything too extraordinary. But I'm also looking to replace the flooring, too. And now that I have time to shop - and time to redecorate - it's time for me to get serious about what style to choose. I want to do a laminate flooring with a fake wood pattern on it. It'll look nice, it'll be easy to clean, but mainly, it has to look nice. To that end, I decided to look for a darker color, like a deep oak or a cherry. Astonishingly enough, tile manufacturers can not read my mind, and I have yet to find the perfect tile.
But, I find something that just might work. It's a smidgen pricey ($20.70/30 sq. ft./box), but I think it'll work really well in my room. I tried adding it to my Photoshop project, simulating my future green walls, but I couldn't quite get the color and patterns to match. But, here's how it kinda, sorta looks like...

And here's the tile against a wall...
I dunno... I might just buy some boxes of this stuff.
